
RICHMOND, Va. – The Richmond Ivy earned a convincing 4-0 win over in-state foe Charlottesville Blues FC in USL W League action on Saturday at Charlottesville HS Stadium. Controlling possession for most of the night, the Ivy created constant pressure and powered their way to a dominant road victory.
Richmond controlled the tempo early, creating dangerous opportunities off set pieces before Jill Flammia opened the scoring in the 18th minute. The Ivy defense stayed organized throughout, while Logan Marks came up with a key one-on-one stop to preserve the lead before halftime. Richmond continued to push forward in the second half, with Ava Marvin adding another goal before Flammia completed her first hat trick of the season in a commanding 4-0 win.
