RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond Ivy SC closed the 2026 season with a 3-0 victory over Charlottesville Blues FC on Saturday at City Stadium. Richmond utilized an efficient mix of strong defense and opportunistic offense to claim the clean sheet victory.
Richmond got on the board late in the first half of Saturday evening’s contest when Jazmin Jackson delivered a well-placed assist that Jurnee Durrett-Finney headed into the net in the 43rd minute, giving the team a 1-0 lead. The second half would feature two goals – a 67th-minute header from Kate Weyer and an 86th-minute header from Georgia Skelton – alongside a flurry of saves from goalkeeper Logan Marks to secure the shutout win.
Saturday’s triumph marked the second time in which the Ivy have blanked Charlottesville Blues FC in the 2026 season.
